Shh.... don't tell Mommy and Daddy I'm blogging right now. I'm supposed to be asleep in bed.
Tonight one of my fingers hurt. I called for someone to help me:
Me (calling out in a whiny voice): My finger stings!
Mommy (in her annoyed voice): What? Your finger is bleeding?
Me: No! My finger STINGS!!
Mommy: Your finger stinks? (she comes into my room.) What's wrong with your finger?
Me: It stings. I tried to pick my nose with my finger, but it stings too much, so I can't. (frown)
Mommy: I can give you magic sparkles to make it better. (she moves her fingers around my hands really quick-like.) There. All better?
Me: I can't see the magic sparkles.
Mommy: That's because it's magic. You can't see magic. That's why it's called magic.
Me: Thanks, Mommy!
Mommy's about to walk out the door, then I remember something else I want to tell her:
Me: Did you know that I can see dreams even before I fall asleep?
Mommy: You can? That's neat! You must have magic too!
Me: Can you see dreams before you fall asleep?
Mommy: Nope.
Me: Well, if you see your dreams before you fall asleep, wake me up and tell me, okay? But if you forget, that's okay too. Good night!
Mommy: Good night, Lamb.

Scrape
My job is to play. I play hard. I always have boo-boos on me. I use a lot of bandages. My favorite kinds these days are the soft, fabric ones. There are no fun pictures like Spongebob on them though. They are pretty comfy, if you can call a boo-boo comfy.
Last night at bedtime, I looked at one of my scrapes.
"Daddy! I have new skin growing! It's shiny and clean." Big smile. I have no idea how skin grows, but my boo-boos must eat a lot of veggies.

Easter, overdue
Did I ever write about Easter? That's a holiday when the Easter Beagle comes around and takes the colored eggs that the children make, hides them, and then the children go and find them. What a silly game. Wearing a homemade crown gives you extra egg-finding power.
Here's one!
Here's another!
I collected a bunch of eggs. They tasted really yummy.
I also had an Easter party with my preschool friends at a super fun park. We played with big sticks.
We collected more eggs.
We picked flowers.
Lots of fun!

How much is that doggie on the flatbed?
Yesterday, we took my friend Izzy home from school. We passed by these huge doggie heads. When we got home, Mommy ran inside our house and got the camera. Then we walked over to the heads. Mommy took some pictures. I hear these doggies belong to some restaurants called Doggie Diners. I wonder where the rest of the dog bodies are?
