BFF camp

I went to my first sleep away camp. I went with my two best friends. It was so fun to spend a week with them... without parents!

We did all sorts of fun things:
Crafts!
Zipline!
Horseback riding! (my first time! Horses are big.)
Archery! (I accidentally shot my arrow a little too high one time. Look out!)
Swimming!
Hiking! The view was amazing.
Roasting marshmallows! Making s'mores!
Sleeping in a cabin!
Sleeping in a tent!
Buying goodies from the camp store!
Staying up late!

I hope we can do it again next summer!

Sleepytime

Last night, Mommy read to me in bed. Not my bed, but Mommy and Daddy's bed. I wish I could do Bedtime in their bed every night. It's so cozy. I was so tired I fell asleep there. Mommy carried me to my bed. I don't remember that.

Happy Spring Egg Day!

The eggs we decorated were already hidden in the backyard when I woke up yesterday morning. I put on my flip flops and carefully walked on the grass. I didn't want my feet to get the morning dew on them, but my toes got wet and cold anyway. But! I found lots of eggs! They were all over the place: the flowers, the grass, one was even on the barbecue.

I put them all in my yellow basket from Grandma. And then picked out three eggs for us to eat. Delicious!

Chopped off!

Mommy said that if I got lice again, my hair would get cut. I was growing out my hair, but then guess what happened today?

That's okay. I still got to color eggs for Easter!

Darn you, autocorrect!

J and I started texting on our mommie's phones. Sometimes the phone changes our words around to be different words. And then we get confused. And then Face Time. That's a video chat. That's fun.

Flower Girl

Not too long ago, Mommy came home from work with a surprise for me. It was a shiny, thick envelope. I opened it up and the prettiest card was inside. It was ruffly and sparkly.



And inside was the note from Sabrina asking for me to be her flower girl! Yay!

I got a purse and a gift certificate to Target from Auntie Sharen on New Year's Day. I love gift certificates! I like shopping now, especially when it's for me. I bought some candy because Mommy and Daddy hardly ever buy me any. Sometimes you gotta do things for yourself.

I also got this super cute lego set. It's a tree-clubhouse! It has butterflies, ladybugs, a cat, and all sorts of fun stuff. Mommy loves the birdhouse. I let her play with it, but I have to keep and eye on her to make sure she doesn't keep it for herself.
