Number 9

I'm nine! I turned nine years old on Friday. I had my BFFs sleepover and we had lots of fun. I asked Mommy to make an ice cream cake like a swirled log. That's my favorite. Daddy made French Toast for breakfast.

I like being 9.

It still feels a lot like being 8.

BFF camp

I went to my first sleep away camp. I went with my two best friends. It was so fun to spend a week with them... without parents!

We did all sorts of fun things:
Crafts!
Zipline!
Horseback riding! (my first time! Horses are big.)
Archery! (I accidentally shot my arrow a little too high one time. Look out!)
Swimming!
Hiking! The view was amazing.
Roasting marshmallows! Making s'mores!
Sleeping in a cabin!
Sleeping in a tent!
Buying goodies from the camp store!
Staying up late!

I hope we can do it again next summer!

J and I started texting on our mommie's phones. Sometimes the phone changes our words around to be different words. And then we get confused. And then Face Time. That's a video chat. That's fun.
